These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (tmxer.online), services, and any related content (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using TMXer.online, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Businesses or entities using the Service do so on behalf of their authorized representatives.

2. Account and Registration

No Account Required for Basic Use: You can upload and analyze TMX files without creating an account.
Premium Features: To access advanced features (e.g., unlimited uploads, custom reports), you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@tmxer.online.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

3. Service Description

TMXer.online provides a web-based tool to upload, parse, and analyze TMX files for metrics like translation units, duplicates, and validation. Free tier limits apply (e.g., file size up to 10MB, 5 uploads/day). Premium subscriptions unlock higher limits and features.

We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or availability at any time.

4. User Conduct and Uploaded Content

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Interfering with the Service or other users.
Attempting to reverse-engineer or access unauthorized areas.

Your Content:

You retain ownership of uploaded TMX files and analysis results.
By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze the files solely for providing the Service.
You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.
We are not liable for your content's accuracy, legality, or consequences.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: The Service, including software, design, and analytics algorithms, is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
Your Rights: We respect your intellectual property. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it without compensation, but you retain ownership.

6. Fees and Payment

Free Tier: Basic access is free, subject to usage limits.
Premium Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Cancellation: Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime via your account dashboard. No prorated refunds for partial months.

7. Termination

By You: Stop using the Service or cancel your account.
By Us: We may terminate access for violations, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice (or immediately for serious breaches).
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after 30 days.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." See our Disclaimers for details on no warranties and liability limits. In no event shall our liability exceed fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
